• Taking part in (public) services delivery through the tendering process and land appraising supervision, preparation of contracts;
• Supervision of the elaboration of documents about the changing of the administrative body over the state or local community assets;
• Supervision of the elaboration of the land registers inscriptions.

Designs elaboration and building permit acquiring

• Preparation of (public) tendering documentation and supervision of design documentation elaboration (conceptual designs, designs for obtaining Building Permits, construction detailed designs, as-built designs);
• Organization of design documentation revision;
• Approvals obtaining organization;
• Preparation of (public) tendering documentation and supervision of investment documentation elaboration;
• Taking part in all the necessary activities for Building Permit obtaining;

Construction phase

• Preparation of (public) tendering documentation and supervision of the performance of civil engineering works and in-built materials and installed outfit;
• Quality surveying works with financial monitoring of the project;
• Taking part in all the necessary activities for the Technical Inspection and Use Permit obtaining;
• Other activities related to this phase.
